Meditation is all about bringing yourself back from where ever your thoughts and mind took you. Observe what does it feel like to be you in this moment.

I’m so glad you took the time out of your day for yourself. I welcome you to join me today surrounded by the palm trees near the lake, to reconnect to yourself. In this meditation, we use our 5 senses to assist in the process of becoming more mindful in this present moment. The 5 senses technique is also something that can be applied to every moment of your day if you feel that you need to ground back into the present.
